If you provide the packing style you want, we can make the sample according to the need and send the sample for confirmation. After the confirmation, we can produce the mass production.
We provide the cutter die drawing of the packaging. You can design it directly on it, or we provide the packaging size. After you design it yourself, you can provide ai/pdf file to us, and we will forward it to the packaging printing factory for arrangement.
● The instruction manual can be sent to us together with the packaging design for typesetting and printing.
● Additional customized cards shall be provided with specific dimensions, contents and materials (RGB or CMYK design are acceptable).
When you provide print content to us, we will choose the printing method according to the content length and printing position characteristics. We usually use two types of printing: silk printing and pad printing.
The surfaces of different materials are treated in different ways, Such as UV printing and thermal transfer printing.
Thermal transfer printing: Thermal transfer printing is a new printing technology, introduced from abroad only more than 10 years. The printing process is divided into two parts: transfer film printing and transfer processing. The transfer film printing adopts dot printing (resolution up to 300dpi), and the pattern is pre-printed on the surface of the film. The printed pattern is rich in level, bright in color, changeable, small in color difference, good in reproducibility, which can achieve the required effect of the design pattern, and suitable for mass production.
